Hosted by the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH) and ClinGen, the Clinical Genomics Laboratory Community (CGLC) aims to connect clinical labs around the globe, with the aim of fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange, and standards development. On 10 March 2025, the community will discuss the draft ACMG/AMP/CAP/ClinGen Sequence Variant Classification (SVC) v4.0 standards. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the standards, get involved in a pilot programme, and provide feedback.
